Tools to interact with forecast methods
it contains mainly: - the fitters: an abstraction class that allows to do easiliy parameteric fits on the data (arps, fo_np,…) - the learners: an abstraction class that represent the learning process for the non declining wells. for example analog wells are based on learner (analog) that represent the process of learning how to find analogs independently from all the mechanics that is used for generating the forecast. This same learner is used by the forecaster which will have the role of taking care of generating forecast and interacting with the forecast workflow
